Lighthouse Community Center Construction Updates:
September 26, 2021: Ground-breaking ceremony to commemorate the construction of the new building.
November 2020: The Benicia City Council upheld the Planning Commission’s decision to approve our land use permit.
October 2020: LCF met with the Planning Commission for the city of Benicia. Our land use permit was approved by the committee in a 5-2 vote.
May 2020: Our application has been deemed complete by the city of Benicia’s planning department.

About the Lighthouse Community Center:
Purpose: A new building to connect with the community by providing a venue for different events and community gatherings.
Who is it for: The congregation and the community.
Time frame: Break ground on construction in September 2021.
Location: Behind the church, on the same lot.
